Zaya gets up everyday at 5:55 to prepare for the morning prayer that takes place at around 6 o’clock. at around 8 the second prayer takes place and after that he takes the shuttle bus over to the local market where he works. He passes by the food stand each morning to get breakfast on his way to work while his wife takes the children to school.
He closes shop at around 12 to go volunteer at the local soup kitchen that serves the homeless. After his shift at the soup kitchen he prepares for the 3rd prayer of the day at 13:30, after praying he re-opens his stand at the market until around 18 o’clock when it closes.
After that he prays for the fourth time at around 18:30. Then he takes his sons to soccer practice and prays for the final time at 20:30 after dinner. At 22 o'clock Zaya prepares to go to bed to get ready for the next day.
